Everyone has a story, I always say, and Peter Clifford is no exception. I wrote about him in 2015, when he burst onto the restaurant scene full of ambition and a desire to make his late father proud. He had a lot to live up to. His father, the Michelin-starred chef Michael Clifford, more than made his mark in the Irish culinary arena.
