About The Hotel
The fabulous 5-star Anantara The Marker Dublin on Grand Canal Square is one of the finest hotels our country has to offer. Since it first opened in 2013, there’ve been big changes bringing this already stunning spot to another level. It’s now part of Anantara Hotels, a luxury group of resorts and spas spanning Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East - The Marker is the first in Ireland.
Before you even walk through its doors you’ll be impressed by the sleek modern vibe of its stunning exterior, and that’s only the beginning. Perfectly located for exploring the city and its biggest tourist attractions whilst also being conveniently close to Dublin’s main business and financial district, you couldn’t be in a better spot for your visit to the capital.
Part of Dublin’s regenerated Docklands, which has quickly become one of the most desirable areas of the city, the area is home to world class theatres and restaurants, and is close to the National museum, the Science Museum, the National Gallery, the 3Arena and the Aviva Stadium. Grafton Street and College Green are within walking distance also.
As you might imagine, all of the 187 guest rooms and suites are superb, the elegant lodgings all featuring contemporary décor and furnishings from Irish designers, king size beds with a complimentary Nespresso machine, bathrobe and slippers. Guests can choose from Premium or Deluxe rooms as well as corner suites, but if you really want to kick things up a notch, book a stay in the Schwartz Suite, the Roche Suite or indeed the Presidential Suite which features two ensuite bedrooms, living and dining room and waterfront views of Grand Canal Square and the Dublin mountains.
When it comes to food and drink, their Marker Bar & Lounge is a unique and modern spot, dripping with hip ambience, perfect for some light bites and a couple of cocktails, whilst their Rooftop Bar & Terrace is perhaps the best of its kind in the country with unparalleled views out over Dublin as you nibble and sip.
However, the star of the show food-wise is their excellent luxury restaurant Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins, the setting being a cool airy white landscape highlighted with colourful comfortable banquette seating in front of a large open kitchen. The atmosphere is casual and inviting while the food is truly a delight.
For those who enjoy a preen and a primp, you can let your worries melt away at their award-winning luxury spa, which offers an extensive menu of body treatments and massages, along with beauty treatments with advanced skincare from SkinCeuticals and Rejuvapen micro-needling. Guests can also enjoy a dip in their heated indoor infinity pool, a workout in their stylish modern gym, as well as activities like yoga on the rooftop or a run through the Docklands.
All in all, Anantara The Marker Dublin has so much to offer and everything about it screams style, comfort and luxury. Book your 5 Star stay today.
