Hotel Doolin’s innovative eco friendly and green approach to everything they do is nowhere more to the fore than in their food. Their philosophy here is their passion for delivering original wholesome and inventive food. They keep their own ducks and hens, and grow their own herbs, vegetables and fruit, in their polytunnel and gardens. There is also a great food ethos in Co. Clare with amazing local artisan producers, from smoked salmon to cheeses.
Apart from the great casual and informal foods available at Fitz’s Bar, the Pizza Café, and Café Sonas, there is also the cracking more formal Chervil Restaurant producing contemporary Irish and European cuisine with eclectic influences from around the world – the best of Irish food with an international touch.
