Kick off your meal with some grilled Argentinian prawn yakitori with a spiced peanut dressing and crispy slaw, or some slowcooked pulled pork bao buns also available in a vegan version by way of jackfruit. They do a fab crab and gruyere cheese tartlet with fresh herbs and lemon crème fraiche not to mention their finger-lickin Irish chicken wings with Louisiana hot sauce and Cashel Blue dip. If that weren’t enough, there’s fried calamari with Romesco sauce, beetroot and gin cured Irish salmon and Korean crispy duck as well.
For the mains, sink your teeth into a succulent 9oz Irish Hereford ribeye steak with Lyonnaise potatoes, caramelised shallots, fresh greens, roasted cherry tomatoes, and a choice of brandy and green peppercorn sauce or Cashel Blue cheese sauce. They also offer an excellent 3 hour slow-cooked beef short rib served with garlic potatoes and charred tender stem broccoli. Irish duck breast is there, with cavolo nero, 5 spice squash puree, roast onion and a red wine sauce, not to mention the pan-roasted chicken supreme with bbq chorizo, buttery colcannon mash and greens.
