Starters here include tasty faves like vegetable samosas, onion bhajis and melt in the mouth chicken wings slow-cooked and served with sweet and sour glaze. There's allo chap (crispy potato cakes with red onion, ginger, garlic, cumin and coriander), as well as grilled marinated tiger prawns, along with Nepali lamb kebab cooked with bell peppers and a tikka masala sauce. Their steamed MoMo are always a pleasure, but if you want to try a little of a lot, check out their fab Diwali sharing mix for two.
For the mains, they offer a great selection of bbq tandoori sizzler cooked dishes, from a classic chicken tandoori to clay oven monkfish freshly marinated with authentic spices, yoghurt, ginger and garlic. Curries too are always popular at Diwali, with a host of tasty options to choose from, be it a Himalayan chicken curry with cashew nut, natural yoghurt, fresh coriander, green chilli, sweet onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and Himalayan salt, or perhaps a king prawn masala cooked with coconut cream, coriander, chilli and a tomato and onion sauce. If you enjoy lamb, the Khasi Ko Masu is a real treat, the homestyle spring lamb being cooked to perfection with onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander and garam masala.
