There was a time when chefs wouldn’t dream of allowing a rival across their kitchen doorstep, never mind letting them wave the pots and pans at their stove. However, over the past few ‘delicate’ years, there’s been a feeling of a greater coming together in the industry, with chef collabs becoming quite a thing. It’s a brilliant way of developing and exchanging ideas, of paying homage to one another’s achievements and talents, and the diner benefits from a richer, broader, fun experience.
