With so many amazing food producers all over this country, a recent invitation to attend a Supper Club at the five-star g Hotel in Galway, showcasing a cross-section of the west’s finest, seemed like a no-brainer — an opportunity to both experience and highlight great local products.
French man Dominique Majecki is in charge of the stoves there now but isn’t new to the Galway scene, having previously been executive chef at the splendid five-star Glenlo Abbey Hotel.
