Restaurant Review - Wildflower

You might say chef Adrian Martin’s restaurant journey has been a bit like going from EastEnders to The Crown. He opened his first restaurant in a pimped-out, 12-seater, shag-carpeted shipping container in London’s Camden Market in early 2020; now, two years later, he’s launched an ambitious fine-dining restaurant, Wildflower, in a Dublin 2 Georgian townhouse.
The house had been unlived in for some years, but luckily for Martin, his family and his girlfriend rowed in to bring the place back to life. Chandeliers glisten from the small hallway into the Champagne bar; brick-work has been exposed in the basement — where Tasting Menus at €100 on Fridays and Saturdays will be launched next month.
